“THE QUIETER POSTER BOYS” BY BRETT LLOYD

Summer 2008. A journey across Europe. Running away from the last adventure and on to the next. Whatever happens, happens – throw on a jacket, thumb through the passport and go. Going and letting go, with no masterplan. Disillusioned, pissed off and nothing except our own hope – the Myspace generation. Friends connected through wires but still holding out to meet. Our chances, the ones no-one had before, we take with both hands, building new families because the ones we have are broken. Our connections instant, more precious than the ones we’re tied to by blood. More valid. Through our bedrooms sacred, secretive, quiet, the only words we speak are the ones we mean. Be sure we are rising. Though we will never change.

Fifteen posters of thirteen boys, these rare moments.
